We want you and your pet to love every Soddra piece.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 10-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at team@soddra.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made pet products
- Perishable goods (like pet treats or food)
- Items marked as non-returnable or clearance
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product.
Once it’s approved and refunded, place a new order for the item you want instead.
This ensures faster processing and availability.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
